For the purpose of regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair locations, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of individual sewage disposal systems, the International Private Sewage Disposal Code, 2018 Edition, published by the International Code Council, 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, Illinois 60478-5794. Not fewer than three copies of said code shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No. 4197” and to which a copy of said ordinance shall be attached and which shall be maintained in the office of City Clerk in the City Hall of Garnett, Kansas.
