It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, partnership or corporation to move any structure, building, or boxcar to any lot or portion of lot within the City without having first obtained authority from the Governing Body of said City.

Any person, persons, partnership or corporation desiring to move any boxcar, structure or building to any lot or portion of lot within said City shall first file a petition with the Clerk describing the form and type of build­ing to be moved into said City, the legal description of the lot or portion of lot upon which said structure is to be moved.

Upon receipt of said petition, the Governing Body of the City shall examine same and by resolution approve or reject said petition.

Upon rejection of any such petition it shall be unlawful for any person, persons, partnership or corporation to place the structure described in said petition upon the property there in described.
